Where is the front fog light relay on a BMW e36 m3
Drivers side near firewall is the the black fuse/relay front power distribution box. Fog light relay is Relay #5 which is in the middle row looking front driver's side fender, 2nd relay on left end. It also controls the taillight.

While driving straight the car pulls to the side
the free things to check tire pressure / tire size the same-also same brand and model then jack the car up and shake the tire back and forth checking for play spin the tire and watch the tire and see if it has a hop to it then swap the front tires from one side to the other if it pulls in the other direction you have a bad tire

1995 M3 Electric Window Problem
This means that the switch that is responsible for sensing when your door opens and closes is acting up or your RH door is not closed all the way.

My 1995 bmw m3 overheats, but when i decelerate it
replacing the water pump is an ok idea. replace thermostat with a 12 degree cooler running one. drill 3/16" holes in it 180 degrees apart from each other. replace the thermostat housing with a metal one.
check the radiator as well. clogged or blocked. upon re-assembly make sure you don't have an air gap. re-bleed the system 15 minutes after you think you're done.

Indicator Light Indicate the Coolant Level is Low
either you have a hole in your coolant tank or the gasket in the radiator cap is bad or you have a small leak in your radiator or your car is getting hot those are the most common problems you can look for because it can be a lot more problems that can be add to this list but those here are the most common problems so look for one of this problem

Dash controls not illuminating
There is a dial on the left side next to the steering column, rotate the dial upwards, if that does not fix your problem then check your fuses or possiably your dash lights, however dask lights are unlikely, due to the fact that there are more than one light and for all to fail at the same time is unlikely.
