If the engine is running rich, you should have a check engine light on.
If you do, have the computer scanned for trouble codes.
It could be a fuel leak in the line or around the injectors too.

1st, do not drive this until you are sure the oil pressure is ok, have the pressure verified with a mechanical test gauge, if it is ok the sending unit for the electric gauge is likely defective.

Find your low level sensor on the overflow bottle. Sometimes they come embedded and molded into the bottle and you just change the overflow bottle, sensor and all. Should be same as most Caprices.

The hoses that are "cut" are silicone and better quality if properly cut. They withstand more heat, but Molded hoses have advantages too.

What I do not see here is any mention of a Thermostat. Lack of one would explain low temp readings. Also if you saying "Beyond the cold" is below the cold mark, then the water temp sensor(sends info to dash) may not work or the dash gauge is broke. When the car engine runs, it should move higher than cold.

You will need proper operating temperature for all the engine controls to work normally and will get better gas mileage.

Get a second ignition key, the one you are using is dirty or moisted, you need to turn on and off the car witha clean key, hapens to me once in a while.!!

this means that one of you abs wheel sensors is not working take voltmeter check each wheel senser there on the caliper around it should be 12 volts then check fluid cause brake fluid set off brake light too but those only two possibilitys

You would put the distributor back in so that the rotor points to the same terminal on the cap the old distributor was pointing to.
If the shaft of the distributor has a notch, you can only put it in two ways with the rotor pointing to two terminals.
If you did not set the crankshaft to TDC before you removed the old dist, you have a 50 percent chance of being in the right position.
The notch on the bottom of the dist keeps you from picking any position other than the right one and the one 180 degrees off.

it may be drain overnight. suggest you to charge battery. and check the alternator if working(charge the battery).

ist called a flasher relay and its located under the steringwheel by you r fuse box it might be blue but it should say flasher

I don't know the nature of your problem, but I think maybe it will help to know that the 4.3 is a v6. lol
