How much transmission fluid does

Hi, you can download a manual here, but it does not specify the transmission capacity:
http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/owners-manual/chevrolet/2006-Chevrolet-Express.pdfHere is the info you need:
4L60-E transmission Service change only - 5 quarts. Total refill - 11.2 quarts.

Total refill would include a tear-down of the transmission and empty the torque converter. If you are just dropping the pan and changing the filter, 5 quarts should do it.

Is it true that In

Electrical injectors are somewhat self cleaning, in that any deposits get removed when the core moves as it fires. But there usually is no way to really clean injectors. Chemicals are not strong enough, and there is not way to get anything mechanic inside where is counts.
But you can tell how they are working, simply by removing them from the manifold, while still attached to the fuel lines.
(Careful not to cause a fire.)
Just crank the engine to see the shape of the spray.
It they are all the same conical shape spray, than they are all fine.
If one dribbles, is less, or shoots a sold stream, it is bad.

How to locate a vacum leak under load [going up

only thing i can suggest is while the engine is cold have someone run up the rpms and spray carb cleaner around the vacuum lines and anywhere else you think there could be leak. if a leak is present the engine will **** up the carb cleaner and bog down. BE SURE TO DO THIS WITH THE ENGINE COLD CARB CLEANER IS FLAMMABLE.

On GM cars and trucks this is a common problem and is caused by a defective oil pressure sending unit. To replace the sending unit remove the engine dog house cover in the passenger compartment, the oil pressure sending unit is at the back top of the engine

2006 chevy 2500 express cargo

60psi cold / 30-45psi warm is ideal. I've seen (with that mileage) 45 cold/ 20 warm and that's acceptable - anything less start thinking about a new oil pump.

Just twist them before pulling. If you break any wires, replace the whole set, when putting on wires, put some silicone grease in the boots.
