If it has something to do with the BCM , there would probably have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored , An just replace a BCM would cause more problems , same with PCM's ! These modules need to be configured and programmed . Also ,without testing no one could say for sure that the BCM is bad . That would be a guess ! There are three or four 10mm nuts that hold the headlight assembly to the radiator support. Access these by opening the hood, then you will see them. You may have to remove the battery or airbox to get to the ones on the drivers side.

Get a manual from an auto parts store. The procedure has too many steps to post here. You will find diagrams and step by step instructions and also how to safely disconnect the air bag before you go after the steering wheel
