97 Mercedes 250 td. Question is the climate
Blend door issue? Is there air blowing any where else like floor or at your feet? I would start there. If you have air elsewhere, then your issue is blend door. May sure the flow of air moves as you change the setting.

Where is the 02 sensor on a 97 c280 benz and how to change it?
All o2 sensors are located on the exhaust system, usually with in a few inches of the exhaust manifolds if its a 4 cylinder should have one six or eight cylinder could have 2 one on each side or one where the two pipes meet into a one. The sensors are hard to miss they look like a spark plug with one wire coming out of it. On the exhaust system most likely you can use a wrench to loosen it but some required a 02 sensor socket you can get at most any automotive part store, for around ten bucks Bryan ASE master certified mechanic.

W202 wiper and horn both start occasionally
Hi,
These problems are difficult to find, but not impossible. The wiring harness will have to checked at the following points. Check the fuse unit. (Clean all connections on the fuses and contact points.) Trace the connections from the horn to the firewall. If that is fine, check the connections from the wiper to the firewall. Inspect the wire harness loom that goes through the firewall towards the steering wheel. Inspect the "kickdown" switch underneath the accelerator. Test the switch for continuity. If the problem is still unresolved, check the relay panel and all relays for corrosion on any connectors. Be sure to inspect all earthing points on the body.(brown wire). This will take you a couple of hours to work through. Always tidy the wires after inspection and use proper solvents when cleaning contact points. I had a similar issue with my W124, when turning on the lights, the wiper started to work. I found the problem caused by a short on the headlight unit when I was working on the car. Good luck, I hope you find the problem soon.

1997 Mercedes c230 turns over fire once and die out
Have you tried first priming and purging the fuel lines of air bubbles prior to replacing the fuel pump filters? If you did and the engine still won't turn, otherwise you'll also have ignition problems. If the Toyota cars have 4 reasons the engine won't run, the Mercedes Benz has 101 reasons why the engine won't run, so to speak. So you start checking on the fuel pressure, fuel injection voltage or signals, spark ignition and all the way to the throttle sensors, crank pos senseor, ecu, or even the car alarm/immobilizer.... But first keep trying on purging all the air bubbles (with the Schrader purge valve on the rack) and make sure you have adequate voltage on your battery for high speed cranking, sometimes these will take a while at first.
