Hi,
You need to have your release bearing on your clutch checked. Since you will be in the clutch area, you should probably have the whole system serviced.

Car over heat
Things to check for. Insufficient coolant levels, faulty water pump, faulty thermostat, restricted radiator grille, radiator cap not maintaining proper pressure, electric coolant fan blades broken. These issues, for the most part, cover the most common issues associated with an overheating vehicle. You could be experiencing one or more of the issues, so I would begin by troubleshooting the least labor intensive tasks first.
What is a pully puller?
Pulleys are typically hard pressed onto shafts on which they mount: In order to release the pulley from the shaft, you need a 'pully puller' with fingers that evenly grab the pulley edges and via a central screw mechanism apply a very strong pulling force, in the correct direction, to 'unjam' the pulley from the shaft it is attached to. There is still a cracking risk to the pulley 'wheel'.
Hope the short explanation helps!
What kind of egr valve
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system is used
to reduce Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) in the engine exhaust. This is
accomplished by allowing a predetermined amount of hot exhaust gas to
recirculate and dilute the incoming air and fuel mixture. This process
reduces peak flame temperature during combustion. The system uses a
vacuum-controlled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve, in order to
modulate exhaust gas flow from the exhaust manifold into the intake
manifold.
i hope this helps you

Put antifreeze in car and
This sounds like a blown heater core or heater hose. If you smell antifreeze and/or see a puddle under the car or on the floorboard, you would most likely have a heater core gone. This can be a time consuming repair due to the fact that the core will normally have to come out under the dash area towards the floor.
I have a 96 regular
You might need to take into the shop and have them check to see if there is a head gasket issue. Other possiblity is the impeller on the water pump is broken, ie; the impeller blades are broken off or rusted away.
Its difficoult too start, choke probleme?.cant get
First check the
temperature sensor....
- There are usually three
- One controls the cooling fan operation.
- One sends the signal to the gage on the instrument panel.
- The third is the one you're looking for....It has two cables instead of the single cable of the other two and sends a signal to the computer.
- If that's defective you won't have the choke operation or the 'up idle' when the engine is cold.
All the best Johngee10
We replaced the cylinder head with a used head all
When you checked the timing did you watch the valves? The crank turns twice for every turn on the cam. Turn the engine over by hand and watch the valves on the number 1 cylinder. When the intake opens and closes, the exhaust should start to open with a little more turning. This is top dead center. Line up you timing marks from here, it shouldn't take much turning. Then check your distributor to make sure the rotor button is lined up with the number 1 spark plug. Hope this helps.
