So where all 3 Alternators returned & tested?Do you have wiring diagrams out ready to go& a volt meter to start your testing?
Glow plug problems. Engine won't start.
Did you ever find a solution to this? I have a 2000 Hyundai Galloper (basically the same car) and I am having the exact same problem. I have replaced the glow plugs 3 times in the past 12 months.

could be your ignition switch, first make sure you have power going from your battery to the starter, check at the starter for 12.5 volts then make sure starter has its ground, if that isnt it test the ignition cause thats probably what it is.
Throttle is jumpy after changing throttle position sensor
Could be.Sometimes when you replace a sensor the computer has to relearn the data coming from it. Normally the new values would be used after the second or third drive.You may have to take it to someone with a scanner to check the operation of the sensor.
100A battery fuse blown?
They more than likely shorted out your 100a link fuse by grounding out your alt cable while replacing it. Sounds like they didn't disconnect the battery before hand. Your car has an idle program which it re-learns every time you lose power, or in your case, turn off the switch. You need to replace this fuse or your car will not charge.
