WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH OUR NISSAN X-TERRA. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN COME UP WITH A RESOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM THAT WAS CAUSED FROM THE MANUFACTURING OF THE VEHICLE. WE CAN ALSO TRY THE BBB ( BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) AND PUT UP A COMPLAINT TO THEM AS WELL. IT'S PATHETIC THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT-OF-POCKET FOR THEIR MALFUNCTIONS. -NL
Heater blower will not work even after replacing
I dont know if you tested for power at the blower plug or to the resister to see if the actual switch is functioning but that is my advice and also you may need to verify the ground is good. The contacts in the plugs also should be checked for good connections.

Hi the same happen to me ... i solve it like this
Open the trunk, locate the fuses compartment box, open it
Read the location of the fuse under the tap of the fuses compartment box
It should be "15A Fuel Pump" fuse so exchange it for a new one

Fuel sending unit out
just replaced my fueld sending unit on my 2006 x-terra with only around 40,000 miles. This should be a recall pretty soon.
Check gauge light comes on after tank gauge
First try removing fuse 15 (15a) under the hood, this will reset timers in the instrument cluster. Wait one minute and put it back. If this ends up doing nothing for it, replace the fuel level sender. This is a known problem with these vehicles.
I have a 2006 Exterra every time I try to fuel up
Hi, the problem you are having with your tank sounds like the breather hose coming from the tank is blocked this can be hard to locate and i have not done it on your make of vehicle usually its located on the top of the tank and runs inside the wheel arch alongside the fuel filler hose. You might not see this without removing the wheel and dust cover you would need to get under the car with it on ramps and find any hoses untill you locate one that comes out of the tank and is not connected to anything. This being blocked is causing you an airlock not allowing the fuel to enter the tank properly also this can build up pressure in the tank eventually causing problems with fual flow.
As for the engine service light if you service the car yourself then you might have problem resetting this light. If you still have the user manual that came with the car then it might tell you in their how to reset this on certain makes and models you can reset it yourself but some vehicles require a hand held device connected to a connector on the engine management ecu then this would reset the service light.
Hope this is some help to you let me know if you require further assistance
