No picture sorry, but just after air filter is a large round tube and there will be wires and sensor attached to side of that tube. That is your MAF (Mass Air Flow sensor)

Are you check fuel pressure? Have you replaced the cap and rotor? Cleaned the MAF or unplugged the MAP?

Check Engine turn on? You could scanned the PCM to know if any fault code is stored there? Send us details.

On that model of van, you will have to remove the screws on the lower side of the panel, and in the door handle. The window crank handle has a spring clip in it that takes a special tool that is available at any parts store, but very easy to use (you just slide it up and down inside of the handle a few times, and it should pop off). After you have the screws, and handle off, you will need to "pop" the panel loose from the door. whille pulling on the sides of the panel, look inside of the panel to see if you can locate the pop in fasteners. When located, you'll have to have a screw driver, or similar object to pry the panel off of the door. (some of the fasteners might break, but are available at the part store) After the panel is loose, be careful of the door release handle, and with the window in the down position, take all of the switches loose from the panel and carefully raise the panel up and out.I hope that this is helpfull.

Will it run for a short time if you squirt some fuel into the throttle body? If so, then concentrate on the fuel delivery system. Fuel pressure at the test port on the fuel rail should be at least 40 PSI. If not, look at the fuel pump, the pressure regulator, and the fuel filter.

passenger side firewall .

A common cause for this is a bad blower moter resistor. The resistor is located under the hood on
the firewall to the right of the blower moter. Hope this helps.

Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6022358-relay_check . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info.

You need an inexpensive code reader at least, or go to an auto parts store, and have them check for codes.

The codes you get on an OBD2 System, aren't going to tell you what to replace, or be of any use to you, if you don't know your vehicles systems, and how to test them.
