Brake pedal goes all the way to the floor!
I have changed brake pads before and did not lose any fluid but air can get in the lines. Brake fluid is not compressible while air is, so if you get air in your lines it compresses when you hit the pedal there fore the pedal goes down to floor and your brakes dont grab that good. You can either bleed the brakes your self by starting at the wheel furthest away from the brake fluid reservoir and unscrewing bleeder hose and letting the fluid just bleed out. (get something to catch it and dispose of it properly). Make sure you keep the reservoir under your hood full of brake fluid while letting the other stuff by tires bleed out. Work your way from the furthest tire first and the closest one to the reservoir last. GOODLUCK!
Blower motor only works on lower speed ranges
it's likely the resister block that needs to be replaced... you can locate the part mounted on the duct work under the dash near the fan... there is a connector on it and two to three bolts to remove it.

High idle when engine is cold
This is very common. You can change a couple sensors so it won't go quite as high but if it is not that bad it is what the engine is suppose to do especially on chevy's. If you have any other questions or need further assistance let me know. Also please take a moment to accept and rate my solution accordingly.
Thank you,
Lee
Rear air a/c
Probably plugged or failed expansion valve on rear evaporator. Both front and rear are plumbed in parallel so if the front is cold, a problem with refrigerant flow at back unit almost has to be in the expansion valve.
How to remove 2016 Chevy Express overhead climate control panel?
The rear auxiliary heater and air conditioning control replacement procedure starts with removing the HVAC control assembly bezel (trim) from the headliner. Next, the headliner must be lowered in order to access the rear of the HVAC control assembly. This requires removal of the windshield garnish molding (A-pillar trim) and upper pillar garnish molding (B-pillar trim) at a minimum. You may be able to gain the necessary access by allowing the headliner to "hang" slightly rather than removing it entirely. After this is done, the electrical connectors can be disconnected and the HVAC control assembly can be removed from the headliner.
