What does four warning chimes mean in a 2006 silverado

Many vehicles chime when your not wearing your seat belt this is the only chime I have ever heard in a vehicle while I drive it. If this isn't the reason read your owners manual I'm sure it will tell you there. Hope this helps good luck.

Not the TS switch. It is the hazard switch. The hazard switch is what controls the flashing and power..Check that fuse first.

you vehicale has what they call afterblow the blower will come on for a few minutes after the truck has been shut off and will run to dry the evaporator case out so you dont get a musty oder. ( normal concern)

Changed windshield pump now it pumps when ever

1976?? not a 06.. the pump you installed was the complete kit and the cam is on the wrong lobe. make sure the wiper motor is in the park position before mounting pump and be sure the three wire+1 are not switched that is three on bottom 3 and one on the top of the four pins.

Alternator intermittent charging

an alternator charges between 13volts and 15 volts usually. it is regulated by the battery's need internally. this internal regulation is accomplished by the diode trio and or the voltage regulator within the alternator. be sure that the heavy lead from the alternator to the battery is clean and tight and that the battery terminals are clean and tight.

Rear differential

If the rear end has a wine after a rebuild it is more than likely set up (shimmed) incorrectly. Take to a reputable mechanic who specializes in rear differentials. Some new gears will whine regardless of shim, but should be somewhat quieter than a bad rear end. If the gear pattern is correct look to the outer axel bearings.

Check the condition of the brushes and slip rings as there may be crud on the slip rings and the brushes may be worn down. Check for loose wiring in the connectors and terminals.

2006 chevy silverado abs light comes on goes off

Hi...your problem might be coming from your front wheel bearing hubs. They are know to cause this problem as they wear out and eventually have to be replaced.
