Sounds like you need to replace the coil. It will only get worse not better and it cannot be repaired. It must be replaced.

It will take a while for the new pads to seat, plus the new materials used these days are not like the old days..Did you turn the rotors? They make a little cable crimp for the E-brake cable to take up some slack, it will shorten the pull on the handle. Hope this helps.

As water was poured into the tank accidentally its highly recommended to have the entire fuel tank drained and cleaned first. The idling is due to inconsistent flow of the oil .

possibly a bad manifold atmospheric pressure sensor or exhast system may be plugged.

No fuel to the cylinders would also cause a misfire code make sure you are getting the accurate amount of fuel. Do you hear a tapping in the engine could be a loose rocker arm not opening the valves all the way or closing them all the way let it build pressure in the cylinder but I would ensure that it is getting fuel to the cylinders first and that the injectors are firing correctly.

the blower switch is defective or the medium speed coil inside the blower motor is open(cut off). no worry if the low and high speed are still functioning
