They are on different fuses. Most likely your light switch has failed. This is the only point that both lights go to.

Is the alarm / immobilizer factory or aftermarket? If it's aftermarket you will either have to purchase and program a new key fob or completely remove the system and reconnect which ever cuts were made in the wiring.

Clogged catalytic converter. Will it start after it sits for a while? if so, its the converter.

probably power . Run fault codes and check for cam/ crank position sensor. Check that the cam shaft is turning to check for broken timing belt.
