White smoke from tailpipe and low oil pressure
How's the anti-freeze doing? Usually when you see white smoke coming out the tailpipe it's because you are getting anti-freeze in the exhaust somehow. Try to sniff it a little does smell like anti-freeze, or oil? I don't know why the oil pressure would be low unless you are getting anti-freeze in the oil. Does the oil look milky, knda like chocolate milk? The low oil pressure could also be a faulty gauge, you may want to have a mechanic put a mechanical gauge on the car for test purposes.
Car shutting off while driving
Code P1698 means
* P1698 PCM Failure EEPROM Write Denied
* P1698 -No CCD messages from the Transmission or Body Control
Module (TCM or BCM) Probably needs a new PCM (Aka computer or ECU)
autocom can help you check your car and clear the fault codes.
What is causing the tail lights on my 1995 eclipse
Tail lights, or brake lights? If brake lights, there is a switch that the brake pedal pushes in to turn on the brake lights. The switch is easily adjusted, to where it is no longer depressed when the pedal is release.
High rpm at idle: code P1294 target idle not reached
Hi Rodrigo, The idle control is activated by the temperature sender unit. It sounds as though yours is giving a cold signal to the computer and it pushes up the idle speed to compensate as if it has just started. The sender unit is a different unit from that which operates the gauge on the dash instrument panel. Replace it and I believe your problems will be over.Regards John
Power windows are out i was told it was the relays
First of all, relay failures are pretty rare, so I seriously doubt if ALL the relays are bad. There are only 4 relay positions in the fuse panel. The one on the upper right is the power window relay. The other three are for your anti-theft alarm system and control the horn and the starter motor. One of the relay positions may be empty. It depends if you have a manual or automatic transmission.
Losing power to the fuel pump
well that sounds like a relay. if your car is an automatic, double check than you replaced the ASD and fuel pump relays and not the trans control relay.
if its not the relay, its probably the ECU(PCM).
