TEMP READING HOT BUT RADIATOR IS FINE. COULD IT BE

Could be, need to check all hoses as well . if you think thermostat you can pick one up cheap enough and change it out, if left without fixing you could cause much bigger problems such as blown or cracked heads. I'd spend less than $50 and save yourself the major repairs.

What is the procedure to

The blower motor & the evaporator core is typically located in or attached to the heater core assembly. The heater core assembly should be located behind the passenger side glove box. Removing the heater core to access the evaporator box and core usually requires draining engine coolant either part way or completely and removing at least part of the dashboard. It's a relatively labor-intensive job, especially if you do not have much automotive repair experience. If you do feel comfortable doing this job yourself, have a mechanic do it for you.

Wont start. some coil packs are not firing.

Replace and/or check the the coil packs for continuity associated with the cylinders that are not firing.

Also, check for fuel delivery using a fuel pressure gauge on the rail, and verify that the fuel injectors are firing using a noid tester or a stethoscope on the fuel injector to check that they are clicking.

Try to add starter fluid to the intake manifold through the throttle body to see if it starts that way, signalling a fuel delivery problem if it starts right up.

Good luck on this repair.

FRONT WHEEL LIGHTS ON DASH

That means that the four wheel drive unit is trying to engage but is'nt doing it. There's a switch on the front axel that indicates weather it is on or not and if the wire were disconnected or broken it'd do this too. moving the vehical very slowly backwards on level grounf in neutral and pushing the engege and disingade buttons you might get it to shift back into two wheel drive.

How to remove steering wheel?

since the airbag is located inside the steering wheel. i do not recommend that you attempt to remove the steering wheel.besides the danger of having the airbag deploy, the cost to have it reset is really expensive.

CODE PO155 BANK2 SENSOR 1 WHERE IS THIS SENSOR

A code P0155 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* O2 Heater element resistance is high
* Internal short or open in the heater element
* O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
* open or short to ground in the wiring harness

Possible Solutions:
* Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors
* Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)

Oxygen sensors are always numbered like this:
Bank 1 sensor 1
Bank 2 sensor 1
Bank 1 sensor 2
Bank 2 sensor 2

Some manufacturers use a kind of shorthand that reads different, but means the same thing:
Sensor 1/1 or O2s 1/1
Sensor 2/1 or O2s 2/1
Sensor 1/2 or O2s 1/2
Sensor 2/2 or O2s 2/2

Bank 1 is always the side of the engine where cylinder number 1 is located and, of coarse, Bank 2 is the opposite side.
On a 4 cylinder engine, there is only 1 bank and it is always referred to as Bank 1.

Sensor 1 is always the upstream sensor (The one located BEFORE the catalytic converter)
Sensor 2 is always the downstream sensor (the one that is located AFTER the catalytic converter.

Hope helps (remember to rate this).

Code 0455 on a 2002 Montero Lmt. Where can I find

start with the gas cap... this is a common source of all evap codes

however, having a diagram of the evap won't help too much without a smoke machine

you see... the code indicates that the leak is from a source smaller than a pinprick

evap codes are a pain in the ****!
trust me, I spend hours every week chasing these

Horn goes off in one long solid loud beep untill

Remove and replace the horn relay located in the eninge compartment. This may be either near the horn itself near the bumper where the turn lights are or near the power steering reservoir. If that doesn't fix it then your horn pad is stuck and it will involve disassembling your steering wheel include removal of air bag which is very expensive.
