Mitsubishi oil pressure light on
Sounds like your oil pump is bad..Tow it to a shop, and have them put an oil pressure gauge on it...Try not to drive it, because you will cause alot of damage..
04 mitsubishi outlander ac is not working
What to you mean not working?
a) Air blows but is not cool.
If this is the case, suspect refrigerant leak. Do not operate AC untill it is checked fully. Operating AC with freon leak may lead to compressor failure and expensive replacement.
b) No air blows at all.
If this is the case, suspect blown fuse or burned blower motor. Sometimes is just a fuse or may have a malfunctioning resistor (blower motor works only at full speed).
Replace center dome light bulb 2007 Mitsubishi
Hi, the lens of the dome light should clip off. If you look at the lens you should be able to see the reinforcing of the plastic where the clips are molded on to keep it in place. Once you have removed the lens the globe should come out easily. Just make sure that the corners of the new globe goes into the holes of the electrical connection points. They do not have to push through, but the globe should be secure between the connection points.
Cigarette plug not working
Hi, the plug is kept in place with a nut that fits on the back of the plug. You will need to take the panel out in order to get to the nut. Before you replace the plug, on the back of the plug, you should see a grayish type of washer where the power cable connection is mounted. If you take that washer out, the plug should work again.

If it has an oil filter that can be removed, then it has to be changed at least every other oil change. Better repace with every oil change. Some modern cars as some european sedans (bmw and mercedes) as well as some fancy corvettes and probably vipers, do not have external oil filters and do not even have a dipstick. On this cars, the oil is special to be changed every 30 top 50 thousand miles, but even on this vehicles, there is an internal oil filter that also has to be replaced.
Change spark plugs
Remove the intake baffle if equipped (5 10mm screws), then remove the coilpacks/wires (10mm bolts), then remove sparkplugs (use 5/8" socket)
Mitsubishi outlander cooling fans not operating
There is a Recall to replace your cooling fan module because of this concern.
Open your hood and look at the black box bolted to your radiator fan by the battery. If it does not have a green dot on it, you have not had the replacement fan module installed.
Contact your local dealer with your VIN handy to verify the recall has not been done and to schedule an appointment.
If the recall has been done, verify if you have power coming out of the module to the fans, as the fans do burn out eventually.... but rarely both at once.
Cooling fan is not operating
you may have a fuse blown or a bad relay. if you have a piece of wire to run from battery to hot wire on fan to check fan motor
How to check if cam belt worn or still good.
You will get no warning and physically checking it will tell you nothing unless there is obvious damage. Don't risk it, change when the manufacturers says normally around 80 000km intervals and even less if the cambelt has been changed before
