there are many posts here in lesabre horn / heater problems, search for them and you may find your answer. should be no connection between the two, must be crossed wiring somewhere or faulty wiring connection block.

Disconnect battery, locate starter wires [should be 3] make particular note of how wires are connected, then remove the two nuts that hold them in place, loosen and remove the two bolts keeping hold of starter to prevent it falling and remove starter. Replace new starter and it's two bolts, wires and nuts as previously hooked up, and then battery wire, and carank vehicle.

You may not have a starter relay as such. The Starter usually has a solenoid (a relay of sorts) mounted on it.

This is a common gm problem caused by low or no battery voltage (disconnected battery, battery replacement, low or bad battery, corrosion at terminals etc). Go ahead and set the scan tool to erase all codes even if one isn't showing on your tool. This will resolve 99 percent of this type issue. Hvac controller has logic board and loses memory with low/no voltage. It will not work properly till the code is cleared.

You are correct in your analysis, except that I think the fuse is actually a circuit breaker, which trips when hot, then cools and resets. Bad motor drawing too much current can cause this, or just a bad breaker. Use ampmeter to check current draw.

Replace oil and filter and try again. Could be a plugged oil filter.

Often it is a probolem with the switch on the driver's side.

If the engine is not making loud valve train sounds or rod knocking sounds, consider changing the oil pressure sender.

My air lines were shot ant the pump quit. Check for air leaks and yes you can shut it off but the air shocks will not work any more. I bought after market air shocks which has their own air lines you pump up like you do your tires. I check mine every three or four months.

Something is stuck in your blower fan. There should be a access door behind your glove box. Drop your glovebox down out of the way, open the panel, there may be a filter for you to pull out, clean it all out, and re assemble.

Unfortunately there is not a reset feature. You will either need to install a new lock tumbler with key sensor, or install the correct resistor in the harness to bypass the key sensor.
