Clunking sound starting car

could be a bad clutch in the ac pump,try sprayin some wd-40 on the clutch with the ac turned on, this would only be a temp fix if the thump goes away, but will let u know if its the ac clutch

Don't no were to find my buick regal gs 98 fog

the fuse for the fogs is in the fusebox in the passanger side door panel. the relay is located under the hood in the fuse box directly behind the battery its relay number 17 if im not mistaken hope I could help

Water on floor

if you talking about inside the car then there is only 2 reason :1-the ac hose is dripping inside the car ( mostly it is under the carpet in the passenger side ) you will be lucky if that is the problem .2-your heater core is leaking you can tell if the radiator water gose low )and for you to fix that you have to choice :A- is to replace the heater core and that is mostly not an easy job .B- is to block the radiator hose that is going to the heater core ( from engine side ) but if you go with these option you will not gana have a heater in your car

YOU NEED TO CHECK THE BATTERY IF IT HAS CAPS TAKE THEM OFF AND CHECK WATER LEVEL BUT ALL BATTERYS DON;T HAVE CAPS YOU CAN USE A VOLT METER TO CKECK OUT PUT CHCEK + TO -SHOULD BE AT LEAST 12 VOLTS THEN HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TURN KEY TRYING TO START IF THE VOLTAGE DROPS BATTERY IS NG BE CAREFUL BATTERYS CAN EXPLODE

Start sounds like its smacking the flywheel

A broken starter, 99.9% of the time, is caused by an engine backfire. Whatever caused the backfire is what ruined your spark plugs. From my experience, the most common culprit would be a bad crankshaft position sensor.
