Cylinder head torque settings
Thread Head bolt torque and sequence
Read the threads, but it states:
According to my manual the removal and the replacement sequence are different. Removal (looking from the cam sprockets )
headbolt 1-3-9-5-7 are on the left and 2-4-10-9-8 are on the right. Remove in that progression.
Instillation 9-5-1-3-7 are on the left and 10-6-2-4-8 are on the right tighten in that order.
Tighten to 25Nm or 18 ft/lb. and retighten the cyl hd blt 70 deg plus 70 deg plus 50 deg using the angular torque guage KM-470-B.
Hope this helps. Might help to make a sketch and label the 5 headbolts on each side.
Where is the air bag censor module located on a chev aveo 2005
Usually there is 2 places to put that sensor module , first and most common is in the center console right under the radio console or under the armrest in center console, the second place is right un der the floor mat under the passenger seat .
Hope this will help you!!
Need picture of valve cover
Should not matter. Just snug them down all around, then tighten them securely. DO NOT over-tighten. You can bend or break the valve cover or the bolts. Do not get crazy when tightening them. Good luck.
Whereis the air bag module located
Modules are usually under the center console. Sensors are located in many different spots. Ones on the radiator core support, under the plastic piece. Ones under the front seats. Ones at the center column, just behind the front seats, and rollover sensors. I haven't found them yet.
Valve cover gasket
There isn't an order for valve covers. Just snug them down good. Start at the center of the cover and work your way to the ends.
Noise in the front lower passenger side
It sounds like your rotors are warped. Do you feel a pulsation in the brake pedal as it's happening? I really haven't seen ball joints or links go out on those cars.
How to remove a 2008 aveo rear window motor
before you go removing your window motor check and make sure that you are getting power down to the wire connector near the motor as the problem may be in the switch on your door or console on the floor.
to remove the interior door panel you will have to look for plastic plugs on the armrest and the interior door handle, there will be screws behind those plugs that you will have to remove, also there maybe screws under the bottom of the door trim, if there isn't the trim will be held in by plastic lugs on the back of the trim, just put a flat blade between the trim and the door and pry it away from the door.
the door button may have a colored band on it when it is in the unlocked position, you have to remove that band and take the plastic button out before you try to remove the trim.
Once the trim has been removed there will be a plastic weather seal glued to the door, remove that and you will see inside the door itself, they usually pop rivet the window motor mechanism to the door which you will have to drill out before removing the motor etc.
I am not 100% sure about your model car but most cars now are usually very similar to what I have told you. good luck with the task.
