Check your connections on the fan. There are electrical plugs on the fans that connect to your cars electrical system. Check this, especially if you just put in a new radiator.

Replace the switch

It's probably a bad turn signal switch, since the brake lights are wired in with the turn switch. If you have a 3rd brake light, the high mounted one in the rear window, this light is separate from the brake lights that go through the turn switch. If your high mount brake light comes on, when brakes are pressed, then brake switch is good and probably a bad turn signal switch. Of course if you have a voltmeter or test light, you could test for power in and power out from the turn switch connector, to help you find the problem.

Single or dual injectors on the throttle body? Dual, one could be shorting to ground. Single, bad wiring or plug. Corrosion.

I had a similar problem years ago. As long as your dash lights come on, it's likely you can use an external pushbutton switch to run the starter. There are likely just 4 wires on the ignition switch. Power from the battery, and switched to: accessories main car stuff (dash lights, ignition, signals, etc) starter. splice in wires from battery and starter to new switch, and you're good to go. This worked for years on my old car.

The Air-conditioning needs to be re-gassed. Take the car to an Auto Mechanic to get the Air-Conditioning re-gassed. They might also need to check it for leaks to make sure the gas stays in.

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal, count to 10, then reconnect it. That resets the computer.
