They changed the fluid and refilled with type F, which was a waste because the clutch plates were contaminated with Dexron, so they decided to rebuild the trans mission,l They did, and filled it with type F and it was just as bad, so they claimed there was probably a problem in the valve body. I asked them what fluid they soaked the new plates in before assembly, It was Dexron, so they rebuilt it again using tyoe F for the pre soak of plates and bands, The tranny worked perfectly. For a Chrysler product, I would only use Mopar brand fluid, even if the manual said there was an acceptable substitute. This is also true for the brake fluid and coolant, as the cost of a mistake can be huge. Remember, whoever changes the fluid is married to any problems that show up. I owned a six bay repair shop with a full machine shop for ten years before retiring. We did not do transmissions, it was legally safer to have them done by a reputable transmission shop or the dealer, bringing them the vehicle.

Door locks work through the body control module. Have it tested.

P1747 refers to a transmission issue. The PCM has detected a malfunction within the EPC (Electronic Pressure Circuit) circuit. The Crank Position sensor is mounted on the transmission Bell housing - back side - a few inches above the extension housing for the passenger side drive axle. You can get to it from under the hood - easier to see if you take all the air cleaner/intake hose away from over the transmission. Important note: one 10mm bolt holds it on a slide adjustment - very important that it is adjusted properly. 1. Proper way to adjust is to apply the provided stick-on disc to the end of the sensor (looks like a felt pad - about the thickness of a credit card) 2. Check in side the hole to make sure the sensor ring Does Not have a window directly in line (turn crank pulley slightly to correct) 3. Install the sensor - slide it in to touch the sensor ring - tighten the bolt. 4. plug the sensor back into the harness The spacer/felt pad will space the sensor at proper distance and as soon as the engine starts it will probably get rubbed off the end of the sensor. IF YOU DON"T HAVE THE SPACER PAD: You will have to install the sensor to touch the ring and move it back slightly (about the thickness of a credit card) When you start the engine - if you hear it hitting - the sensor ring may be slightly bent and you will need to adjust it out. If you have it to far in it will hit - too far out will not start. The sensor ring can easily be bent/damaged by transmission work - 95 FWD Dodge MiniVan has probably had the transmission removed for repairs at some point. Have you looked at the gas filter? If it's clogged it might be causing this. It's an easy remove and replace fix.

Most probable cause,,, air in the system, remove radiator cap (when cold) fill up and let it run t'ill all the air bubbles are gone !

wiper motor might need to be replaced try that that should solve issue

have a load test done on the battery to check for a bad cell
