MY WIRING BOOK SHOWS THE TROUBLE MUST BE A BAD GROUND ON THE PROBLEM LIGHT. REMOVE THE LIGHT, FIND THE BLACK WIRE TIGHTEN, OR REGROUND AT A BETTER GROUND YOU CAN RUN A TEMPORARY GROUND WIRE FROM THE NEG. POST ON THE BATTERY JUST FOR A TEST.

95 dodge caravan 3.3 serpentine routing diagram
start
at front and going down from ac compressor... around and over water
pump pulley...under crank pulley...up and over tensioner pulley... up
near alternator but not over just yet... then under idler pulley.
with a 15 MM long handle ofset wrench attach to the center bolt on the
tensioner pulley and turn CW this will pull tensioner down. as this
happens you have the slack to pull belt over the alternator. now gently
release tension till the belt is snug. I have done this enough times to
find this to be the best and easiest way to work in this tight space. Hope this helps.

After 15 minutes of running
I suggest scanned the PCM to know exactly what fault code is there; with this information we could send additional details.
Keep in touch.

For my caravan 95...why the
The tensioner pulley is either loose or shot. If the tensioner pulley has loosened up at the mount, it just needs to be tightened. If the pulley itself has become weak it will need to be replaced (most likely). Fortunately, it is not an expensive part (about $45) and is rather easy to change out.

Transmission fluid leaking
I would determine if the leak is from a coolant line or the transmission itself.
If it is a line, replace the line.
If the transmission itself is leaking, determine if it is from the transmission fliud pan bolts area or if it is from the area between the engine and the transmission, which could be a seal at the rear end area.
Maybe, take it to a transmission shop to have it looked at.
Good luck on this repair.
