Could be burn out.

Bad relay, bad ignition switch, bad ecu

The power to the coil via relay is activated by the ignition switch which doesn't lock the the steering column. That could be the source of all these problems. Also check the fuses.

i would recommend getting the OBD codes read as this will point to which switch/sensor/circuit is at issue , i would expect it could be the crank sensor from your description but the OBD will tell you definately what needs looking at

Is it wired in properly?

If you replaced the ECM and didn't reprogram it. There's your problem. The ECM doesn't recognize the security code. And it will start and kill the vehicle three times before shutting down everything. IE.. starter, fuel.

check fuses and regulator

Your charcoal canister may be full. It's a black box (usually taller than wide) with hoses and possible wire running to it mounted under the vehicle near the fuel tank or under hood. It captures fuel vapors and sends them to the engine to be burnt. Check for codes too, YouTube or Google can tell you how to distract codes using your ignition key.

No field adjustment is necessary. ECM controls is. IAC could be stuck, throttle valve could be dirty, bell also rings if any gauge is reading too low for normal operation, esp. oil pressure & temp ga.

Clicking sound means dead battery!!! Could be bad connection to battery or bad ground from battery also.

first off need to make sure vehicle is started (or at least key in on position) and foot on brake....make sure battery is fully charged as well.

check fuel pressure and spark ?

Does it start right back up or do you have to let it cool down first ? Could be any number of electrical problems including relays or a weak fuel pump. Turning the wheel could kill the engine if the power steering is having problems, or if there is a short in the wiring in the column.

Sorry but I don't have that information on file but it shouldn't be difficult to find because it has to be situated close to the camshaft. Bear in mind the fault code definition says the cam sensor or circuit which means the wiring and connectors back to the ECU and part of the ECU itself. Internal breaks in the wiring harness where the wiring is subject to heat and vibration are far from unknown while cam sensors are fairly reliable. I hope you will be lucky.
