Alternater wont charge battery and fusable link on starter keeps burning
Bad voltage regulator. Usually built-into alternator. Start car and unplug battery, if it dies your alternator is dead. Get new alternator. If car keeps running, get a voltmeter and check voltage coming through - should be higher than 12v but less than 18v. Any other number means your voltage regulator is dead, cheaper to get a new alternator.
2000 dodge neon misses all the time no power or acceleration
The spark plug wires might be bad, Are the coil packs a wires together in one? With the engine off, loosen each plug wire so as to when you start it you can not have to battle with it First do this with dry floor, rubber sole shoos and a pare of rubber or vinyl gloves. As its running pull 1 plug wire off at a time. When you get to a plug that doesn't change the sound of the motor you've found your miss. Did the CK engine light come on?
Not starting no spark
You'll need as shop manual or repair book to get the test procedures for the ignition module-coil assembly.You need to know if you have power to the coil and a ground signal from the computer.
Air wont come out of vents
You don't give much info to deal with, but. Most cars have the controls for the movement of the air by Vacuum from the motor. Check under the hood for a vacuum hose that will come from the intake manifold to the firewall. Reconnect it and check again.If it's not it you might have a door inside the heater box that is stuck or just gone bad. Which means the removing the heater to repair.

What is a clock-spring ribbon contact
Its part of the device in the steering column that allows electrical parts to make contact while the steering wheel is being turned.Its under the steering wheel.
