Check the radiator to make sure that the coolant level in the radiator itself is not lower than the level of the heater pipes. Look to see if their is any heat going through the heater pipes. The radiator or the the heating system could be having problems and it should be looked at by a mechanic.

defective catalytic convertor. It may be plugged up.Make sure ALL the exhaust line from intake manifold(at engine block) to final exhaust pipe are not clogged up.You have reverse exhaust pressure going back towards engine manifold.

Motor might be burned out. If so it is a tricky job replacing the motor... rivets, etc.tight fit.

It's the P1282 that may cause a no start,the computer is detecting a problem with the fuel pump relay circuit.Look for corrosion on wiring and relay terminals.

I would first flush the whole cooling system. After doing that , refill your system and leave the radiator cap off so you can see if your system is flowing properly. Be cautious to not get burned. Also, may want to check your oil to make sure water isn't leaking into your oil.

Most likely none are related to the computer. Surging idle is often a sign of a vacuum leak and can cause random misfires. Vacuum leak would also cause hesitation. Sensor heater can be a fuse, wiring or bad sensor. What's the window doing?

Maybe something wrong with neutral switch? Usually it is on or close to transaxle shift lever, follow the shift cable to shift lever, the switch has multiple wire connector. It may be possible to start vehicle by jumping the load side of starter relay, key on. There are safety issues trying this, the vehicle will crank in any gear. Make sure tranny is out of gear, parking brake is set, block the wheels, whatever it takes to be safe, safety is your responsibility. If the problem isn't that neutral switch, then I don't know? Any applicable trouble codes?

3.0 timing belt driven, if a 3.3 or 3.8 serpentine belt driven,darin cooling system,remove serp belt,remove water pump pully & pry motor over to left while feeding the pully past the rt frame rail,unbolt water pump then reverse what you took off.

yes you can if putting in radiator but coolant is more advisable since it protects components and will help protect engine from freezing and run cooler on hot days
