If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all. Plus i know a website that sells very cheap but very very good manuals online, without expiry i.e. for lifetime. www.reliable-store.com

I have a digital instrument panel and my fuel

Your instrument cluster ground wire may be the problem. Remove the cluster and trace the black wire to see where it connects to the chassis. Clean and tighten the connection. If the wire is damaged, splice in a new wire. 0900c152800680d7-j1axptdruxmkgupulmd503d3-1-0.gif 0900c1528006805b-j1axptdruxmkgupulmd503d3-1-2.gif
  1. If necessary for access to the battery, remove the air cleaner assembly.
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Remove the instrument cluster trim plate.
  4. Unfasten the bolts securing the cluster to the carrier.
  5. If equipped, remove the automatic transaxle control indicator cable.
  6. Pull the cluster forward, detach the electrical connector, then remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle.
To install:
  1. Attach the electrical connector to the cluster, making sure it plugs in securely.
  2. Place the cluster into the carrier.
  3. If equipped, install the automatic transaxle control indicator cable.
  4. Install the cluster retaining bolts and tighten to 18 inch lbs. (2 Nm).
  5. Install the cluster trim plate.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
  7. If removed, install the air cleaner assembly.

Fan on the air conditioning only works sometimes

Blower running all the time, even with the key out is a dead ringer symptom of a bad blower motor speed control. Replace that an your blower problems will disappear. See post below. For manual, call your local library and ask if they have online access to repair manuals. http://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.com/blower-motor-wont-shut-off/

1993 olds cutlass supreme international 3.4 dual overhead cam, no power at controls for heater, comes on then off and no blower at all. fuses are good.

Sounds like a bad ground to the heater console. Have you checked connections to the blower resistor? Are any of them rusty? Use a voltmeter and measure from a good ground to any metal place on the heater control assembly. Do you measure any voltage? If so, you have a bad ground!

Ignitions locked key won't turn

Try your spare key to see if it helps any. Make sure the steering wheel is not hard locked while turning the ignition. Try gently moving the steering wheel while trying to turn the ignition. Sometimes a spray of wd-40 in the cylinder will help

How do i get specific instructions to change the turn signal relay switch behind steering wheel need to know how to remove hard cover without breaking it

The only way I could help is to recommend a Haynes manual for your make, model, year of your car. Usually a public library would have one you could borrow or local auto parts store you would have to buy by it tells you step by step.

Its an old car now Gary, when was it last serviced fully? And I don't mean just checking the tyres. You don't say how many miles or any history. Does it only do it from cold? Or any time you hit the gas? Give us a bit more to go on?

When I turn my car to the left, it makes a rubbing/ grinding noise.

Check the brake pads by turning the wheel fully to the left and looking at the disc if it is scored you need new pads. Also Jack the car on the left front so the wheel is off the ground and try to rock it side to side if it moves and there is a clicking sound it could be the wheel bearings.

I am changing the rear struts on a 1993 Cutlass Supreme SL. The old struts came out fine, but the rubber dampner is now expanded and making it almost impossible to line up the two bottom strut bolt

You should be replacing the rubber bits as well instead of using the old bits. IT the mount is in rubber that is pressed into the hole at the bottom of the shocky try using liquid detergent to make the rubber slippery.

My 1993 olds cutlass supreme idles fine until you step on the gas or when your going down the road at higher speeds than idle it has a hesitation what's the problem?

A flat spot on acceleration could be low fuel pressure or a faulty throttle position sensor. Could also be a vac leak such as a faulty EGR valve. Is the check engine light on ?
