There may be extra wires you don't need. The basic set of wires on the radio is 4 pairs of colored wires--one black-striped and one plain for each speaker. Yellow is usually accessory power, red is hot, and black is ground. Some additional wires may be one for a power antenna, one for an external amplifyer, and one for facelight (in case it will run on dimmer)
The car should have the following corresponding wires:
Radio 12v--- orange
Radio Ground--- black
Radio Ignition--- yellow
Radio Illumination--- brown
Dimmer--- gray
Power Antenna--- pink (if you have one)
LF Speaker +/- tan - grey
RF Speaker +/- lt green - dk green
LR Speaker +/- brown - yellow
RR Speaker +/- dk. blue- lt. blue

The car or radio could have additional connectors, such as for a subwoofer, CD changer, etc.

Dose the alero have problems after parking on steep downgrade

What kind of problems? Unless the downgrade is practically vertical, I don't see any reason for it to affect the functionality of the vehicle.

2003 oldsmobile alero won't turn over. It just makes a clicking sound when I try to start the car. It stalled because of driving through flooded streets. Any help?

Did you test the battery? ----IF --- the water is the (only) issue, you won't be able to do anything yourself, without a couple decades of vehicle experience, once things get really wet, you have big problems When you drive thru water you could end up scrapping the car, as most shops won't touch that type of work What has to be done is go wire harness & all it's connectors one at a time & blow them dry Also have to check every fuse, every fusible link & may need wiring diagrams to work on, say on or two problems, IF the rest of the car & it's systems come back to life okey I fail to see how long that would take or cost If you get lucky, maybe only the starter has issues The clicking is the solenoid trying to engage the starter, but are there other items wet or fuses blown, check ALL fuses & links We seldom get the real story here or at a repair shop from a vehicle owner, they allows hold back some secrets on what really is going on.

Where is the fuse(s) for my power windows?....2003 Olds Alero..there is nothing indicating where their location is...my mechanic said he pulled the fuses to stop my power window malfunction before i c

Each fuse box will have a guide within it showing the placement of the fuses, what they control, and their breaking point. The guide is on the bottom of the top of the lids on the fuse boxes. It is not a piece of paper, is it actually stamped to the plastic.

Why is the always over heating and losing coolant, what can i do to solve the prob

you are going to have to replace the thermostat and do a coolant flush it will help. you need to drain the coolant out of the radiator , then take the top hose off to get the thermostat out then you will clean the surface off to help with reinstalling the thermostat. use a good RTV sealant for the gasket let it sit for about a half hour to seal. don't forget to install the thermostat first then after fill the coolant back up and run it and check for leaks that should take care of your problem.
