If engine is running , then it could be the small box on the side of the fuel distributor .Inside it has a carbon track .As they wear out you wont be able to rev up the engine.due to the brake in the carbon.Or for some reason your computer for the engine management as set it to run in limp mode ..The computer will do this if you have other fault in the motor .Star readout , is the best thing at the dealers .

every one is having trouble trying to understand what you are saying cannot fire or raise ----does that mean cannot accelerate the engine beyond 20 odometer does that mean faster than 20 mph(klm ph) or does it simply mean that it will not rev higher than 2000 rpm on the tachometer a odometer reads speed and a tacho reads engine rpms so you can see why no one is answering your question it is confusing as to what you are saying

its the indicator stalk its a common fault either the indicators go or the flashers go or wipers go its definatley this i have done mine twice

Hi I have a 1995 C200 Auto Sedan chs WDB 2020202F241703, I think I have a problem in the ECU. Only runs on two cylinders, I have changed the core pack on the 1 & 4 cylinders but the problem persists. The other problem is I don't know where the ECU (engine computer ?) is can anyone help ?

The timing is adjusted by the computer. What exactly are you trying to do? Or what are the symptoms that you are trying to correct? Are you trying to set up the timing chain after an engine rebuild? Please let me know and I'll try to help you.

1. the stalk can go bad,flasher under dash,and wiring also.I would check flasher first.

Common problem if your lucky it might be written in your owners manual. I have seen people write it on the housing of the radio itself.Good Luck!
