Replaced fuel pump on 96 cutlass supreme and still wont turn over
Fuel pump power starts at the ECM/Batt fuse in the underwood fuse block. From there it goes the the fuel pump relay and then to the fuel pump.
If you pull the fuel pump relay one pin should have power all the time. This is power from the ECM/BATT fuse. Two of the pins should be grounded. The last pin is power from the ECM. it hold have power for 3-5 seconds hen the key Is turned on and anytime the engine is cranking.
Find out what is going on at the relay and then we'll have a better idea of what direction to proceed.

Stalling issue
If your car has high miles and you haven't changed the coil packs, that may be your problem. Bad coil paks will cause hard starting, rough idle and stalling.

TRY CHANGING FUEL FILTER,COULD BE CLOGGED FUEL FILTER,FUEL PUMP FAILING,FUEL COULD BE CONTAMINATED WITH WATER.IF FUEL SYSTEM OKAY,CHECK FOR SPARK AT SPARK PLUGS,COULD BE FAULTY IGNITION MODULE OR FAULTY IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE I WOULD HAVE VECHICLE CODE SCAN FIRST BEFORE SPENDING MONEY.

Your closing in. There is a motor that will open the heater core venting to allow it to blow into the car. Get a heater core install picture from your auto parts dealer or car dealer for specs of where and how it is driven.
How do you replace the transmission cooler on my
Your trans cooler is located inside one of the radiator tanks and would be expensive to replace.
You can either replace the radiator with new or used or cut the lines and install an external cooler as is used for towing. If the cooler in the radiator is leaking, you need to flush the system to remove as much oil as possible or it will cause hoses to soften and fail. Also wise to change trans fluid as well.
Always use double clamps when running rubber lines for cooler so they don't slide apart under pressure.

You probably have a bad brake light switch. This switch is located on the brake pedal arm or a bracket next to the arm. This switch activates the brake lights when the pedal is pushed. You can check this by turning on your turn signals or warning flasher if your light flash in the rear. Your bulbs are good so this will bring you back to the brake light switch.
