It's easier to disconnect the hose leading to the sprayer, and "blow it out" with a can of compressed air. (Or perhaps, disconnect the hose at the _opposite_ end, so you still have the hose connected to the sprayer; and then it's easier to "blow" through the hose to open the sprayer).

what do you mean key will not work and the key mech does not turn to start position?

this sounds messed up but do you live by any fields? i have many problems even in the cities with mice chewing up wire harnesses.. just a thought. my friend had a 2013 and she got to the doctors but wouldnt start after that. mice got to wire harness and it broke enough when she shut it off.

There may be some sort of electrical contact or switch that is linked to the starter so that you cannot start the car unless its in park. I would suggest that this switch has accidentally been disconnected or may not be in the right position to switch on.. If you have a look at the shifter mechanism, there should be a switch near / next to the shifter in the park position. Check the mounting and the wiring to it.
