How many times must you post the same question? Have you insured you are using the correct key? If so, spray WD-40 or similar into lock, put key in and out several times, wiggle, respray and keep trying. Try turning the steering wheel slightly back and forth as you do this. Good luck, you may have to disassemble if a part inside broke.
First check in the cubby area of your center console to see if there are any screws holding it down. If there are, remove those. Now, this is where it gets odd. There should only be some clips holding it in, and it should pop right out with a little pressure. Worse comes to worse you can always contact the manufacturer and see what they say. But most cigarette sockets can be removed by first removing the outer ring, and then pulling out. Sorry for the two different answers, but it's always good to explore more than one option if at all possible.
Important: Do not tip the battery more than 40 degrees during removal.
Install the battery (3) to the battery tray.
Install the battery hold down retainer (2).
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
Install the battery hold down retainer bolt (1).
Tighten Tighten the battery hold down bolt to 18 N·m (13 lb ft).
Connect the battery positive cable to the battery.

Install the RH fender diagonal brace. Refer to Front Fender Upper Diagonal Brace Replacement in Body Front End.
Connect the battery negative cable to the battery.
Tighten Tighten the battery negative terminal bolt to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
You need to get a hotter stat for winter....plus you need to reduce air flow into radiator. You can reduce flow by installing a piece of cardboard in front of radiator. Please only cover partially as complete coverage coyld cause overheating. You are only teying to reduce not elim
A thumbs up would be greatly appreciated if this answer is helpful to you.
Take it to a front end shop and have it checked out. Could be any number of things which, if you are asking this question here, you probably are not equipped to fix by yourself.
bleed the system, I use the bleeder screw on the top of the Thermostat housing. Takes 2 seconds, easy to reach. air in the system will not allow very much heat thru the heater core.
Yes you are -- It always used to be at the head end of the upper radiator hose but now modern cars in their wisdom have it at the block end of the bottom radiator hose. In reality it does not make any difference as it is the block temperature that operates the thermostat so whether it is to let hot water out or cold water in is irrelevant. In most cases it makes replacing the thermostat a bit more difficult because generally it is more difficult to get to
I am sorry I am not sure about this, but I have come across problems similar & have found the answers on the link below. You should also check out the makers website. They are of enormous help with installation questions.
