it should be a slot where the park handle at stick a key in the slot it should move the gears give it a try

you can replace your brake switch, which is located by the pedal, or you can remove a little plastic cover by your shifter, stick a screwdriver in that hole and it will release the lock for your shifter

there is no other way of getting a temp tag without going to the dmv and doing it the correct way.

If you need to get emissions done and a temporary tag you need to go to the closest dmv station for the temporary tag and then to the closest emission testing facility for the emission testing. In some areas pre 1996 vehicles don't have to be tested.

Could be your catalytic converter is clogged.

:) before junking it, have the codes read, (OBD) you probably find that the car is throwing a code that says the Idle control valve sensor is faulty , which would make the car idle higher, and want to move the car

Water in the oil can be from a bad head gasket or a cracked head. both are repairable but expensive.
it can also be a cracked engine block in which case you will need a new motor.

may be its not your sparkplugs, but may be your coil pack usually gives fire to your wires which feeds spark plugs that could be why your losing power, good luck
