1995 Nissan Altima Questions & Answers
I received a P0340 on my 1995 Nissan Altima. It
They may be right. I cannot find the part. here is what the manual says:
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
The camshaft position sensor is located inside the distributor. On some distributors, the camshaft position sensor is not serviceable (replacement parts may not be available separately). If the camshaft position sensor is serviceable, use the following procedure.
- Remove the distributor cap and wires.
- Remove the rotor.
- Remove the camshaft position sensor cap.
- Remove the camshaft position sensor mounting screws.
- Carefully remove the camshaft position sensor.
To install:
- Position the camshaft position sensor in the distributor and tighten the mounting screws securely.
- Install the camshaft position sensor cap.
- Install the rotor.
- Install the distributor cap and wires.
1995 nissan altima headlight issues
Is this what you have? Does the locking ring screw on or does it snap? Do you see a tab or anything that might have broken off? Can you compare locking rings from one side to the other? Or maybe try a locking ring from the other side for testing? My biggest problem is I can't see anything from here.
Where can I get a diagram for the front end, stabilizer link, tie rods, cv joint and so forth?

I just bought this car
Tighten up the gas cap.Since it came on right after you put gas in your car this is most likely what it is.After a number of cycles of the key the light should go out on its own.(Don't remember the number of times you have to cycle the key)
