I had a similar problem with my 280 Datsun. It turned out to be the fuel pressure sensor located near the fuel injectors. Some of them come with a vacuum hose attached.

remove whatever is the way like the whole dash unit ,or try a socket 1/4 drive with screwdriver type head

need haynes or chilton repair with timing marks locations.

If your able to drive it,go to Autozone,they will scan it and tell you why that light comes on,it's free and only takesa few minutes.

need more info--is it loosen pwr or somethin burnin--engine lite on--is it on engine --if ne wheels sounds like bad balljoint or bearings--doo thuro inspec-car is not gittn any younger-and please dont bringit to a dealer

You should stop tow the car cheaper way.Will cost more then car.

Either the blower switch wiring has been altered, or you have a short to power in that circuit. The dash controls are not supposed to have power without the key. Are there any other functions that stay on with the key off? Stereo? turn signals? This would indicate a problem in the ignition switch, which is where all power must go through first.

Check alternator for at least 12v. It sounds like your problem.

Best bet is to jack it up and try to go in through the bottom make sure you have the right tools

If you can,go to Autozone,they will scan for free,only takes a few minutes,

try resetting the new computer by disconnecting pos side of battery for 5mins,,if not that check motor to body ground,,check your relays to fuel pump @ engine,,,,is it spark or fuel? that will narrow the search hope this helps!!

sounds like a transmission fault if auto or clutch breakdown if manual i have had clutch cylinder problems on causing this problem but have also experienced and repaired autos can you give me more info
