Put at least 5 gallons of gas in the tank. Most tank baffles won't let 1 or 2 gallons get to the pump.
Before you do that, go back and make sure everything is hooked up, and no rotten rubber lines at tank and evap connections. If you didn't already, change the fuel filter.

You have to buy the replacement line for it. The fuel line is pressure rated. You can try cutting a small piece out and replace it with a hose but you would have to flare the end of each piece with a tube flaring tool. Not a gaurrenteed fix but replacing the whole line is.
Which wire goes to which

I swapped a complete 3.3
there is nothing the same on the two the 1992 has computer command control system and 1994 has the OBD II system so none of the 1992 sensors or injectors will work with the 1994 on board computer system......SORRY
Where is the Hazard Flasher
The flasher is built into the switch. If your switch is clicking all the time, it's not the hazard switch. It's the turn signal switch. Replaced alot of them, poor design.
Exhaust has high hydrocarbon and high NOx
High NOX is an indication that your Catalytic Converter needs to be replaced. The hydrocarbons or unburnt fuel are dealt with in the Cat as well.If you do a lot of short in town trips they tend to clog up faster but at eight years old its not uncommon. What I would do is have a "tune up" done or do it yourself, replace the air filter,do an oil change, and replace the cat. Fill up with a higher octane gas and go for a good run( get the engine good and hot) to clear it out and just before your next test take out the air filter in the parking lot and put it back in after the test. The above has worked for me several times. Good luck
