1999 Pontiac Sunfire Leaking water in Passenger Interior
The evaporator drain is plugged with debris and filling up the heater case. Remove the 90 degree elbow and clear the drain hole at the case.(pencil or piece of wire) You will know that's it when it dumps out a half gallon on the floor. Be sure to reinstall the elbow to keep out rain/ road spray.

Horn does not work fuse is ok is there a horn relay?
Hi, I'm glad to help!
The horn relay is located inside the car mounted to the junction block which is also known as the fuse box. But there is a possibility that it could be the horn itself OR the clock spring behind the steering wheel. To eliminate the horns as the problem have someone who knows how run power and ground to the horn's one at a time to make sure there are OK. If they are then the next step would be to ground the horn wire coming from the horn pad on the steering wheel. Unfortunately the steering wheel will need o be removed to do this. Because if you ground the wire for the horn pad and nothing happens, then you know you need a "Clock Spring". Hope this helps and have an awesome day.

Remove a serpentine belt
There will be a spring loaded tensioner pulley keeping the belt tight. On the pulley arm, there should be a square hole that fits a 3/8" ratchet or pull bar. Put the pull bar in the hole and pull the pulley away from the belt to remove. Repeat to reinstall the belt. You might have to remove something to make this accessible.

Location of fuel pressure test valve
Not sure about what engine you have, but here is the general procedure.
Open the hood. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
Look on the front of the engine and find the fuel rail. The fuel pressure regulator is on the right side of the fuel rail. Follow the fuel lines toward the firewall until you come to a Schrader valve with a black cap. Rotate the cap counterclockwise and remove it from the valve.
Wrap a shop rag around a small flat-head screwdriver and press the center pin in the Schrader valve - you have relieved fuel pressure when no more fuel comes from the valve. Install the cap back onto the Schrader valve. Hope that helps.

Heater doesn t blow out any heat or air
If it is not blowing at all your problem is with the fan. It is mounted up under the passenger side. Typically about 6 screws hold on the cover and the fan is right under it. Pretty easy fix. When the fan is out I would test it first....after thought here...did you check the fuses?
