Your vehicle has an antitheft system on it. Your key actually produces a signal that is read by the ignition along with the key itself. So hotwiring is not an option.

TWO SEPERATE CIRCUITS

There is a relay in the under hood fuse box , blower motor relay .When switched to high it energizes the relay allowing power from the HVAC fuse /30 amp to flow direct to the blower motor. from pin 30 to pin 87 , if you look on the side of the relay there is a diagram .For all other speeds the current flows from the switch through the resistor through pin 87a to pin 30 on to the blower motor ! Check the HVAC fuse in the under hood fuse block .IF the fuse is good check for continuity between the fuse side with out B+ that means pulling the fuse and using a volt meter to see which side has power and checking the side that doesn't have power to pin 87 at the relay socket ! Probably a bad fuse or stuck relay . Pull that relay and try a different one. You can get wiring diagram at www.bbbind.com click on technical information ,then click on Technical Service Bulletins & Wiring Diagrams .then on next page go down to the bottom and click on I agree . next page click wiring diagrams ,then just fill in you vehicle information .then HVAC system . click on diagram, then you will see 7 links , click on the 5th one and that's the diagram for the blower motor circuit !

you have to take the door panels off and there are wires going up the inside of the door. unplug wires and the bolts that hold them on sould be in the corner its in.

A reset is turn the ignition on for ten minutes, turn it off for 30 seconds. Then start. Then there is a relearn that is three time this. Start on the last try. Have a battery charger on it.

Did someone set the childlock in door? Happened to me once.

Are you saying you tested the speed sensor ?

New set will have a plug on it so don't be concerned about just cutting the plug off to get the old harness out. You have to remove the steering wheel and anything above the turn signal switch to give access to the little pivot bolt the switch is mounted by. Remove this pivot screw/bolt and pull the unit out. After the plug has been cut off the end of the signal harness, the wires will come out easily. Put all that aside, grab your new turn signal unit, Turn the plug on it's side, flat on the wires, and feed it down thru the column housing until the new switch is in position to bolt back on. Now put it back together in reverse of removal.

Match them up with the old ones.

sounds to me like your security system failed... happen to me.. there is a module that u can get to bypass it..u can even install it yourself.. check it out.. hope it helps
