If you have power to the motor and wont move then replace motor, if not they usually run under the door plate, common cause for erosion. the under side gets rusted away and lets in moisture, check fuse and relays, also make sure the battery small wire to ground is intact and making good ground connection. I would be checking to see why there is power to the pump with the ignition off as this is a source to flat battery overnight.. May be a relay is still activated by a power source other than the ignition.
