Oil light comes on after warm up at idle
You probably need oil. When it get's warm, the oil most likely settles more and goes below the sensor mark to light the light. Remember, there are 2 different readings on the dip stick, 1 for when the engine is hot, and one when it's cold.
Engine is misfiring
sounds like it could be a injector or the conection to the injector thats asuming the cylinder is ok has compresion.
Location and testing
Plug a code scanner into the data port of the vehicle. Most Advance or Autozone stores will do this for you. The oxygen sensors are located on the exhaut manifolds and or the actual exhaust pipes under the vehicle.

Since you said 4 sensors I will assume you have the V6 engine.The aftermarket sensors that are designed to fit your truck are about $150 each so with labor that would be about right. And sensors from GM would probably be $250 each. However, odds are you do not need all 4 sensors. Maybe one.
