Neither turn signal works, emergency flashers work
The lever that commands them (or the wiring to it) is faulty. You will gonna have to remove the covers from the steering column and test the lever (all you need for that is a simple ohmmeter). If it's faulty it must be completely replaced.
I have a 96 dodge grand caravan with front and
#26 40 amp orange fuse ---it is under the hood of vehicle in fuse box. Relay labeled "F" in passenger comp on juction block behind left side of dash is for rear blower motor, front blower motor relay is behind juction box.
I changed the fuse for the dash lights, it blew
Ok....make sure you are putting in the correct amp fuse. If you are...there is short somewhere. Probably in the dash cluster itself. These are famous for messing up. Now as far as the a/c belt goes. Do not spray it, it will just make it worse lol. Loosen the little pulley bolt that the a/c belt is on. Not the main belt. loosen the actual bolt that goes through the center of it. Loosen it just till it jiggles. Right behind that pulley is a bolt facing straight up. Tighten that bolt till the belt is tight. Then tighten the pulley back up and your finished.

Check cables must be tight at battery & starter. You must have 12 volts coming out of battery to starter.
Pull your dip stick is it over filled or milky looking. If so you very likely have water in engine.
Can you turn the fly wheel or is the engine locked up?
Drain the oil replace filter remove spark plugs turn engine backward to unlock engine. Drain fuel and replace fuel filter. Remove air filter has it gotten wet? Now crank it over with Air filter & spark plugs out. Now put in new air filter spark plugs dry wires & coils. And start the car, If car starts don't drive drain transmission change filter. If it did not start you may have done damage to computer or wiring.
But you got to see if engine is locked up if 12 volts is to starter & that no water is in oil or fuel.
Where is the fuel filter
It is under the vehicle, on passenger side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on frame in fuel line.

Check evaporation charcoal cannister isn't cracked, pipe has not come off or has a seal leak etc. You should find the cannister inside the inner wing, and an air hose (normally about 1/4" diameter) goes from somewhere on the inlet manifold or throttle body to this cannister.
Van dies while at a stop sign or light won't start
take a little time to check the air/fuel filters and spark plugs if you have not done so in a long time. all of those things will cause the van to stall at light or stop sign. replace all items that need replaceing. a little service work will keep your van running for a long time.
