I have a 1998 GMC Jimmy. It cranks all the lights
Could be injector fouling, which is not unusual for this old a truck. You probably have Version 1 of the spider which only has one injector and six poppets, and if it is fouled and sticking, this is what you will get. Try a really good injector cleaner (not the cheap ones) and see if that helps. If it is the spider, AC Delco now only sells Version 2 which has an injector on each poppet.

I have a 98 GMC JIMMY. Remotes and Dome Lights
Keyless Entry System Circuit Description
The Power Door Locks/Remote Keyless Entry control system provides several functions. The driver operates the vehicle door locks and rear window release from outside the vehicle using a hand-held radio transmitter. The transmitter sends coded signals to the remote control door lock receiver. The remote control door lock receiver detects and decodes the signal from the transmitter. The remote control door lock receiver issues signals to the body control module (BCM) through a serial data link. The BCM actuates relays to lock and unlock the doors and liftgate. The BCM can also release the liftglass. The power door lock switches provide manual control of the door locks.
Transmitter Programming
Important: Different keyless entry systems are used on General Motors vehicles. The parts are not interchangeable even though the parts may appear to be similar. Observe the back of the transmitter in order to properly identify the system. On 1998 S/T pickups and utilities, use a transmitter identified with GM/UTA preceding the part number.
With the driver door closed, hold down the power unlock button on the door panel.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Release the power unlock button on the door panel.
The remote control door lock receiver will respond in the following manner in order to indicate that the receiver is in the programming mode:
6.1. Locking the doors
6.2. Unlocking the doors
Important: All extra transmitters must be programmed at this time. When a new transmitter is programmed, it will deactivate the old transmitters.
Hold down the lock and unlock buttons on the transmitter until the remote control door lock receiver will respond in the following manner:
7.1. Locking the doors.
7.2. Unlocking the doors.
Repeat step 7 for each additional transmitter.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position in order to exit the transmitter programming mode.

94 jimmy will not run bad fuel pressure regulator?
Nothing wrong with the regulator. That is how it is supposed to work, it sounds normal.
I guess you will have to get to the spider to see what is wrong. Fuel delivery to the pot seems normal. Could be something to do with injector circuit, IDK. Sorry can't help more.

My '98 GMC Jimmy's security light flashes & I can't start my engine! I'm the owner & am using the original ignition key!
How many miles on the vehicle ? Thing's wear out , thousands of times of put the key in an turning it .
Have you tried to do a relearn ?
30 Minute Procedure
Ensure that the battery is fully charged.
Use a scan tool in order to clear the Passlock™ DTCs.
Turn the ignition switch from the OFF position to the CRANK position, and then to the RUN position.
The vehicle will start and then stall.
Leave the ignition ON until the security telltale turns OFF in 10 minutes.
Repeat Steps 3-5 for 2 more times (3 times total)
The Passlock™ controller will learn the new data on the next start attempt.
Use a scan tool in order to clear all DTCs.
Don't worry about the scan tool part , just do the relearn . If that doesn't work you will probably have to take it to a dealer .
DTC B2947 Security System Sensor Power CKT Low
DTC B2948 Security System Sensor Power CKT High
DTC B2957 Security System Sensor Data Circuit Low
DTC B2958 Security System Sensor Data Circuit High
DTC B2960 Sec Sys Sensor Data Incorrect but Valid
DTC B3031 Security System Controller in Learn Mode
DTC B3033 Security System Indicates Tamper
If the relearn doesn't work one of these DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's is stored .

How do i fix a fuel leak under front door of a 1998 gmc jimmy?
Depends on what's leaking. The fuel line runs down that side of the truck to a fuel filter near the front. If the filter or a filter connector has failed or is loose, try replacing the filter. If the problem is a leaking line, you will have to find the exact location of the leak and try either installing a repair kit (cut the line and insert coupler), or if badly damaged, replace the line.

My 98 jimmy had the security light come on 3 times.none of the times it come on at start or stay on for long time.first time it happened, my rpm gauge went crazy and it dogged out a little. What up
This may be the dreaded antitheft security system. Look for a picture on the dash when this happens that says SECURITY or a picture of a car with a lock through it. This a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, or not seen at all. When the communication breaks, the car misinterprets this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. (like it thinks it's being hot wired) The car shuts down because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. It will either turn off the starter, or the fuel injectors. The vehicle may run for 2-3 seconds before shutting down. This link explains it pretty well. http://www.diy-gm-security.com/

Sunroof won't close no motor noise.
You probably need a new motor , but first you need to test to make sure . Do you know how to do automotive electrical testing ? Go on you tube an check out a few videos on basic electrical trouble shooting .You mite even find a video on sunroof diagnostics .
2005 Saturn Vue sunroof repair check fuse or circuit breaker first , the check power at the switch etc... I know a Saturn is no gmc jimmy but it is a GM product , an this may give you some ideas .

My rpm are going up and down while driving.
This sounds normal to me. Why do you think there is a problem? If the RPM's are going up and down during acceleration, then I would say there is some sort of slippage. Have the transmission looked at for signs of trouble. Also, check the transmission fluid level for the correct amount. If it is low, find out why it is leaking. Gasket leak?

Key locks don't operate with key when battery is dead
With no juice just what did you expect? to have them work with dead battery do the following:
Get yourself a smaller 12 volt battery and hook the negative to the engine. Then hook up the positive to the positive line that you already have going to your starter under the car. That should send juice through the wires and power the locks when you use the key.
