No rear running lights
go back to where you spliced in the harness and check that you have not spliced a power wire to a ground wire
( only reason why fuses blow is a dead short)

Cross threaded drain plug, is there a fix besides replacing the whole Oilpan?
Krjs
This happens a lot. Especially by "10 minute " oil change dealers. Goggle your problem. There are kits available where you can "tap out" the damaged threads and install a new bolt.
In the meantime if this is really urgent, got to AutoZone, Pep Boys or similar anyplace where you can get a universal rubber plug that will carry you over.
You'll get thru this.
Hope this helps,
Bud

Rear Defrost fuse burns out when I replace it.
You have a short to ground in your rear defrost circuits unhook your rear defrost on both sides and see if the ground is eliminated at the fuse. If so it's the grid itself, if not the hot wiring is shorted going to the glass.

What is the reason of slow air blowing of Air conditioning from front vents?
Many times that this happens it is the climate control panel. it is malfunctioning. However that is not always the case. Many instances the vacuum hose for the blend door becomes unattached. Re attach this hose if you find it is unplugged. If it is not those two problems it may be that your blend doors are sticking. These may not be the most accurate answers but they are common problems I have seen and repaired in the past. I would check those 3 and if no problem found contact your vehicle manufacturer.

All of the door locks but one on our 1999 GMC
there is a relay but if it were bad none of your locks would work. your problem is the door lock motor it is a little electric motor that actuates the lock. its also called a door lock actuator. kind of expensive and a little difficult to replace.

Car wont start
gas light normally means no fuel.. must add at least 1/4 tank to the vehicle..may have frozen lines or air in them..put gas in it..turn the key on and off without cranking the engine about 6-8 times to activate the fuel pump ..you should hear the pump come on for about 2-3 seconds..then try to start.. if it wont start.. need to bleed air out by opening fuel line near the top of the engine by the tbi unit..once all gas comes out.. reconnect it and try to start...dont let get below 1/4 tank in cold weather...forms ice in the tank..
