Is there a standard transmission i could put in a 4.6 litre car that now has a automatic transmission in it
The answer is yes, any 5-speed from a 94-04 Mustang (4.6 or 3.8 doesn't matter, it's the same transmission). You'll also need the pedal assembly, shifter assembly, ecu from a 5-speed, 5-speed drive shaft, clutch and clutch cable, and flywheel.
BUT, If u didn't know all that already... let alone the yes or no answer to ur question, I wouldn't advise doing an over

Squeaking noises from front end of car. has gotten
If the 'squeak' is from a car that is standing still open the hood and listen closely. A short hose; siphon hose, garden hose (about 2-3ft. long). Put one end up to your ear and move the other end close to engine. Be careful not to get caught in any moving parts; body parts, clothing, the listening hose you are using. Always be aware of where your body parts are in engine area & well lighted (avoid moving belts & beware of radiator fan starting automatically). You can pin point a squeak accurately...just as a doctor can listen to your lungs and heart with his listening device that works pretty much the same way. This technique works great for finding 'vacuum leaks' or internal mechanical problems; loose valves & which one may need to be adjusted...etc. You don't need to go deaf to all that noise...if it's to loud hold the hose further away from ear where it's comfortable for you to listen.

Security systemacctivated
Are you using a chipped matching key for that car. An un-chipped copied cut key will work for locks, but will not deactivate factory installed anti-theft system.

Car starts , idles a few seconds, then stalls
Could be a plugged fuel filter; very old gas (car has been sitting unused for some time) has pasted through fuel filter and clogged it. Fuel pump in gas tank is weak and the electric motor in fuel pump runs, gets hot and stops. Have someone listen behind the back bumper away from muffler. The sound of a fuel pump can be heard close to the underside of fuel tank (high pitch whine). If the sound stops before the car dies...that would indicate a faulty fuel pump.
