What is the refrigerant capacity for a 1990 GMC
If you're talking about a/c,it can't even be done unless it's by a shop.If your complete a/c has been updated within the last 15 years then it can be done.Pre-1995 used R-12 freon.1995 and after use R-134a freon. The R-12 requires a special permit just to buy, sell, use,or dispose of.The systems are non-compatible.The R-134a may fit the old filler, but it will not provide any cooling whatsoever.Sorry man.Greg

Air cleaner on engine cranks wont start air
You may want to check the induction tube for a airflow restriction due to debris. If this has an inline mass air flow sensor try unplugging it then starting the truck with air filter on.

My ecmb fuse keeps poppin in my 1993 gmc sonoma
Usually when this happens, there is too much power being distrubuted to the parts that the fuse is linked to. First, try using a hire amp fuse, or instead of using only a fuse, try installing a relay to run with it as well. The relay will take the majority of the power, allowing the power to the unit to be distributed evenly, and the fuse will stop being blown.
If this is not an option, try using a higher amp fuse - if it calls or a 20, use a 30 and so on.
It may be possible that you have faulty connection on the battery, ground and/or starter. Make sure these are all in good repair. Also ensure that you have the correct alternator for this vehicle installed - an alternator that produced more charge than necessary for this vehicle will cause many components to malfunction as they will receive more power than what their limited, such as the fuse in question; also make sure the battery is sufficient (big enough), to support such components, as too little power will cause this as well.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Newer tranny older truck
The cable on the 90 Suburban is not a kick-down cable, it is a TV cable (Throttle Valve) cable and it controls the amount of fluid line pressure through the transmission according to the throttle position, and if it is not properly adjusted the transmission will have shifting problems and it will lead to early failure of the transmission.
The electrical connection on the side of the transmission is for the electrical solenoids inside of the transmission that the computer uses to monitor and control the shifting and the kick-down.
The best thing for that truck would be a good Turbo 400 transmission.

My gmc suburban will start but as i goes down the
This sounds like a sensor issue. Where by it will start but it requires a particular sensor to keep running of which it is malfunctioning and causing the vehicle to cut out and or not start. I advise carrying your car to a mechanic shop and have them inspect the sensors on the engine or/and the wiring harness if possible. Please don't try fixing this problem on your own unless you have the knowledge to do so.

It wont start and the battery is fully charged.
a meter hooked to the battery or the meater in the dash board??? if it reads 8-10 when trying to start, either the battery is weak or the starter is drawing too many amps. Who tested the battery/ starter and where. it should be tested in the truck, not taken off to some parts store. have you verified good ground?
