GM 305ci. No start
Make sure you have number one cylinder at top dead center, do this by removing the spark plug and puttin a screw driver in it, when it gets to the top stop, you turn the motor by using a socket on the crank shaft, if you do not get the cylinder to top dead center this will cause the problem, how ever this means you have to remove the chain again and realign every thing.

Interference may be caused by non - resistor spark plugs. If you don't want to change your plugs for resistor plugs, you may be able to get an inline resistor for the antennae from your local electronics supply store, like radio shack. Failing that, you can buy a cb antennae with a built in resistor coil that will also do the job. If you buy the new antennae, go to a cb shop to have your antennae tuned to your cb - it will increase your range and clean up your sound too.
Hope this helps, and please rate my solution!!

There should be a digital ratio adapter controller (DRAC) between the speed sensor and the instrument cluster (IP) that may be faulty (or the IP itself is faulty). Try replacing the DRAC (should be installed on the ECM bracket under the dash). Be sure to disconnect the battery before doing this.

If the engine is trying to flood, it will kill the engine. If you have the spider fuel system, it is noted for problems.
If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, also, check fuel injector pulse.
I don't know if this may be a problem? below
