Brake warning light on 2006 rabbit
What kind of "dinging" noise? Do you hear it whenever the car is moving, or only when you apply the brakes? When you changed brake pads, did you bleed the brake system? If it wasn't bled properly, that could activate the brake warning light.
Well first off my car
Yes remove that fuse and replace it with new fuse.

Disconnect your car battery negative terminal while doing this.--------
After the fuse is replaced, wait for 5 minutes then re-connect battery terminal and then start the car and check.-----------
Also one more possibility for no horn or horn problem is faulty clock spring.---------
The clock spring in the steering wheel gets shorted and cause problem with horn.----------
4 year/50,000 mile warranty is on this cars.----------- So you can get this part replaced at the dealer for free.As per its warranty issues.There are many other users too facing with clock spring causing horn problem.---------
So get it checked, if replacing the fuse is not helping.------------

Get the cores cleaned and be sure that the drain is clear and flowing.
One thing to do is turn off AC and still blow air through it, on high, for 2 or 3 minutes at shutdown. What you are trying to do is dry the evaporator of condensation. MUCH less smell on next power on of AC.

Well, this is not a common issue. I presume that this issue affects all brakes, as you did not mention any pulling or fading....
I suggest that you look at the amount that the master cylinder is releasing, if it is not rully releasing, the effect is the same as you keeping some pedal pressure applied.

It is your service interval indicator - basically meaning oil change coming up. Check owners manual to see how to display days and miles until it is required (cant remember that exactly, think you just hold the odo button while turning on ignition). To reset, hold the odometer button and turn on the ignition, then push the clock minute button and this should reset the indicator.
