Where is the power steering pressure switch

Inline on the power steering high pressure line/hose. Looking down at engine from front, next to the battery, and next to the power steering reservoir, there is a hose coming out the bottom of the reservoir, curves up, and the sensor with electrical connector is visible near the bend in the hose. It's on the metal part of the line. It's simply screwed/threaded on. Need two wrenches to remove (one to lock onto the line, another to unscrew the sensor).

2001 dodge dakota wont crank

Check the plugs to see if you all cylinders are burning clean. Multiple fouled plugs can cause the same problem. Wet plugs indicate they aren't firing at all, which means the coil pack isn't working. Check the air filter, it could be choking the motor if it's too dirty. Check the fuel filter to see if it's clogged from dirty gas. I install new oil sensor switch and change oil and filter. but still dont help

Doesn't help with what? Does your oil pressure light stay on? If so, you will need to have the oil pressure checked with a mechanical oil pressure gauge-any shop can do it, only takes a few minutes. If pressure is below the specification for your engine, it could be an oil pump seal, a pickup tube gasket, a worn oil pump, or worn crankshaft bearings. On high mileage engines, worn crank bearings are a good possibility. Ask a local pro for advice.

2001 Dakota wont start. Died at a red light and would not start back up. Check for trouble codes but had none.

You don't say what size engine you have, but the two most likely candidates for imminent failure would be the crankshaft sensor or the fuel pump. If you have fuel pressure at the rail, then I'd replace the crank sensor fist, as they are common failure items.

I am getting codes 0443, 0500, 0645, 1282, 1294, and 1391.

these codes do refer to the specific symptoms you describe, so unless you had a fire in the engine bay i'd think the problem could lie with the ecu as this is where the sensors/switchs are controlled/connected to ,would need a thorough diagnosis , better to be carried out when the faults are present ,a usual practice is to leave vehicle with the repairer so they have a better chance of seeing what actually happens , hope this is of help

Grinding sound in the front of the truck

grinding is never good, brake rotors could b shot. wheel bearings bad. most trucks r rear wheel drive, so these two problems r my guess, replacement of both recomended, new brake pads included. make sure bearings get packed with hd bearing grease. check for other damage , and when installing the above, donot overtighten the large bolt holding on the hub, finger tighten, then 1/4 turn with wrench, if that, wheel must turn freely. but not loosely, understand ? good luck, ken

Headlight keep flashing

That didn't give much to go on. It is most likely a loose wire or a bad ground connect. Under the hood, look for wires coming out of the headlight area that fasten to the fender or some other ground. They should be black wires. Get wrench to fit the fastening bolt and loosen just enough to let you wiggle the wire back and forth. That will scrape some of the surface underneath clean. Now tighten the bolt and see if that fixed it.

Is there a switch to turn off passenger's control of window

The driver's door has a control panel with switches to control 2 or 4 windows, above those are two switches - the one closest to you is the power door lock and the one away is the window lock button. The image below has a red arrow pointing to the switch. Good luck! 1bda0086-ed44-4b58-bdff-2709c18b7069.jpg

"I have a 2009 Kia Borrego with a Nissan re5ro5a transmission. I got a code of p0753 which is shift solenoid "a" electrical. Which one of the 7 solenoid sis solenoid "a"?"

Chrysler car solonoids products that use electricity inside the oil pan regularly can usually be removed and cleaned and they will work again. They tend to get sticky if laquered up and move unserved regurarly. This happenes from neon all the way up to dodge 3/4 ton pickup with a gasoline engine. your car pretty good but I think you should go and check the ingredients used stable fit your vehicle.http://www.hopy1.com

Trouble code p1762

Code p1762 is the governor pressure offset volts too high or too low. This is a transmission solenoid that probably needs replaced. I believe that you have to take the pan off to get at it.
