How do i know if
There are two ways to check this problem. With engine off, grab fan and spin it. If it takes a minute or so to stop, or feels easy to spin, the clutch may be bad. The other way to check is to start engine, and using a long metal pipe (or lug wrench) insert into fan. If it stops spinning, then the clutch is bad. If using the second method, be certain that engine is idling...DO NOT ACCELERATE!!!
I have a 92 GMC stepside and its lifted about 4.5
If you have got taller tires on then what it came with from the factory it will definitly throw the speedometer off.You will need it to be recalibrated for a different speedometer gear put in the transmission.This will correct the odometer

Let us deal with the two very separate problems here.
The problem with the blower motor is that the blower motor speed control resistor is burned out, when this happens all you will have is high speed setting. The blower motor speed control resistor is located right next to the blower motor in the air ducting. It has an electrical connector going to it with 3 wires, the resistor is roughly oval shaped and would easily fit in the palm of your hand. It is held into the air duct work by two screws. See picture below.

Brake lights dont come on.
There should be a schematic on the lid of the fuse box that tells you what each fuse is for, and the size of the fuse.
Stablelizer bar bussings, where are they an what
The stabilizer bar bushing are rubber bushing that wrap around the stabilizer bar. The bushings are located where the stabilizer attaches to the body and wheel control arms. A service manual from an auto parts store will provide exact location.
