First thing unhook positive battery cable, unhook main cable on starter selanoid and small wire on selanoid (there may be 2 small wires) There may be a bracket on front of starter that has to be removed, and then the 2 main bolts that hold it to engine block and it should come out.

Currently there is no power to the low pressure switch on the accumulator. AC clutch will engage if powered with a jumper wire.

I pulled this from another web site
"The AC clutch relay is located inside the cab on a metal bracket that is easiest to see when you remove the glove box compartment.

The relay is on a metal bracket bolted to the top of the plastic air box, forward and to the center of the dash from glove box.

There are three relays in a row on that bracket. The AC clutch relay is the end one closest to the driver’s side."

You remove any of the trim that is contacting the headliner, remove light in the center, remove visors and any hooks that are there to hang things on ,Most of your trim has push in retainers handles and hooks, seat belts should have screws inthem.

Hi!!
Here is where the bleeder screw is on the SLAVE/SECONDARY cylinder and the instructions to bleed the system.
Hydraulic System GMC SIERRA 1988-95 Models

  • Fill the clutch master cylinder with the proper grade and type fluid. Raise and support the vehicle safely.
  • Remove the slave cylinder retaining bolts. Hold the cylinder at about 45° angle with the bleeder at the highest point.
  • Have and assistant fully depress the clutch pedal. Open the bleeder screw. Repeat until all air is expelled from the system.
  • Be sure that the fluid level remains full in the clutch master cylinder throughout the bleeding procedure.
  • Install the slave cylinder.

I own a 1992 GMC

I own a 1992 GMC Sierra Pickup still with the factory am/fm radio receiver and the seperate cassette player with graphic equalizer. A few years back it started to fail when turning on and now does work at all. When power is on to the truck and radio it shows a station, volume about 1/2 way up with no sound. Volume is not adjustable nor is the radio station by either pressing a different channel button or using the tuner (seek) button. With truck power on and the radio powered off the clock just shows 1:00 and this is not adjustable. I have checked all the wiring from the radio to cassette player and from radio to power amp and have reseated these and still have the same problems. Any ideas on what it could be?

I would say the problem is inside the radio itself. I have no idea if anyone repairs these units anymore or if any good used ones are available.

i have a 1992 gmc sierra, the cruise control still doesnt work after replacing the box and switch, is there a seperate fuse or trans relay?

I cant get the cruise control to work,is there a seperate fuse or sensor?

Answer

The brake light switch can prevent the cruise from working.
On the cars there is a 5amp cruise fuse so I would think there is one for trucks too.
You may have to get a shop manual to get the diagrams to check the circuits and have a test procedure.
