This is the only fuse that I can find that deals with the brake lights, but if that fuse had gone, you would have no throttle. My thought is a bad earth. More ideas here. Check the wiring for damage.

Google the wiring diagram 1995 gmc sierra electric windows I found several systems offering what you require. But what is the problem, 99% of the time in that year the window regulator was at fault, it was made from a stapped steel housing verses an cast unit. We check the left switch for power, disconnect the two wire connector at the motor, and see if the motor has power to one side or the other in the connector. If the switch has power to it, and the motor has power to it as you press the button, the motor is at fault. Good luck.

the part needs to be securely mounted for it to sense impact and deploy the air bags that can be achieved by mounting a bracket around it to hold it in place parts can be obtained from the wreckers / junk yards or generic units from e-bay or quality auto spares shops and while the dealer says that the part is no longer available for that model , it may just have a number change and fit a later model GM will not make the part but use a manufacturer item and place it in a GM box to inflate the price

Does the actuator make any kind of clicking noise? That sometimes indicates that there is a broken gear tooth inside the actuator. Are we talking about a little air or a lot of air? Sometimes junk does get into the air box and will stop the door from repositioning correctly. You can try that. Yes, the blending door is directly connected to the actuator.

You have a bad ground cable or strap. Check all body grounds.

Your starter will draw what it needs from the battery. The extra reserve in the battery won't be used except under adverse conditions, when you'll be glad you have it. Besides physical size and weight, that should not be a problem.

Often once the fault that caused the light to switch on has been cured the light will go out. If it doesn't either the fault(s) haven't been fixed or diagnostic equipment will be needed. A few early abs vehicles might reset by disconnecting the battery for a while

Doing a brake job has nothing to do with the ABS system .There are three or four wheel speed sensors , depending on the type system . A EBCM - electronic brake control module controls the system .An if the light is on there is DTC - diagnostic trouble code stored in the EBCM ! A diagnostic tool that can read these codes has to be hooked up the vehicle to see what code is stored an then diagnosed . If you are unfamiliar with this your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop . There is no just turning it off .

Leaking fuel injector?

White smoke is coolant leaking into the cylinders, White with a blueish tint is oil burning. Black smoke is too much fuel.

Over heating is common for that model. Leads to cracked heads and other issues. Make sure pump is good, radiator is clean inside and out, check coolant for proper dilution.

You might need to bleed air out of the line to the clutch.. just a thought.

Check the fuses first

You need to check to see if it has spark at a spark plug , pull a plug wire an put a screw drive in the end an hold close to ground , metal on the engine ! Have someone crank over the engine , does it have spark ? Yes or no ? If it does spray some carburetor cleaner into the throttle plate an see if it tries to start , if it does you have a fuel delivery problem ! If you have no spark there are a few thing's that could be wrong , coil , ignition module , crankshaft position sensor . That is some basic test's to do , then you'll need to trouble electrical circuits with a volt meter , if your not sure on how to do this you may want to take to ASE certified technician !
